Letters and postcards must be:

• No larger than C5 in size or half the size of an A4 sheet, also known as POP or Post Office Preferred

• Minimum 140mm long x 90mm wide x 0.18mm deep

• Maximum 235mm long x 162mm wide x 7mm deep

Large envelope sizes can be:

• Up to C4 in size, also known as a ‘flat’ item

• Minimum 140mm long x 90mm wide x 0.18mm deep

• Maximum 400mm long x 300mm wide x 25mm deep

We also cater for three-dimensional items like boxes, tubes and larger envelopes:

• Minimum 100mm long x 70mm wide x 25mm deep

• In tube form the maximum dimensions, or the length plus twice the diameter, must not be greater than 1,040mm, with no dimension exceeding 900mm

• There must be a return address in the front top left-hand corner of the envelope
